SINOMACH-HI is the general contractor and will provide design, supply and construction (EPC) services for this project, the total length of the T-H-S railway redevelopment and expansion project is approximately 470 kilometers.

The T-H-Sproject is a key project of Iranian President Rohanialso is one of the three priority railway projects of the Iranian Ministry of Communications.
